Duct Work & Equipment Installation: Assemble and install various ductwork types and HVAC components (RTUs, exhaust fans, furnaces, etc.).
Project Coordination & Task Management: Manage daily tasks, communicate with team members, and ensure efficient project completion.
Documentation & Inventory: Read construction documents, create materials lists, and maintain job inventory.
Safety & Licensing: Hold weekly safety meetings, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Electrical Installation & Troubleshooting: Experience in commercial construction and service work, with the ability to troubleshoot, perform tests, and repair electrical systems.
Blueprint & Diagram Interpretation: Read and apply blueprints and technical diagrams to electrical projects.
Regulatory Compliance & Tools: Adhere to state and local building codes, and proficiently use tools like ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers.
Licensing & Experience: State Licensed Journeyman Electrician (preferred), valid driver’s license, and experience in mechanical or plumbing trades is a plus.
Plumbing Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, using power tools and equipment.
Blueprint Interpretation & Troubleshooting: Read blueprints for rough-ins and efficiently troubleshoot plumbing issues.
Collaboration & Record Keeping: Work with on-site supervisors, maintain accurate records, and upload progress photos to software.
Skills & Proficiency: Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and basic math for measurements; ability to use handheld devices and Microsoft software.
